Eversheds Sutherland appoints new Partner
Alex Schütz has been appointed as new partner at Eversheds Sutherland. The appointment is effective as of 1 July 2022.
Schütz has joined the firm in 2017 as associate and has since built a very strong reputation with clients in the legal industry.
Regarding his studies, Alex Schütz was admitted to the bar in 2014, obtained a Master of Laws degree from King’s College London in 2016 and holds a certificate as certified global negotiator.
He advises clients on international and domestic m&a, private equity and corporate transactions in various industries, corporate reorganizations as well as general corporate matters. Furthermore, he’s the head of the Start-up desk Switzerland and advises clients in all aspects of Sports law.
Schütz has previous experience in some of the leading Swiss law firms such as Walder Wyss, Niedererer Kraft Frey or Kellerhals Carrard. He is also a legal advisor at Green Eight Capital.
