Bär & Karrer advise on the acquisition of SMSup by F24 Schweiz 

F24 Schweiz is strengthening its market position in business communications in Switzerland with the acquisition of SMSup, a fast-growing Swiss business communications startup with a focus on the French-speaking market and a growing Presence in Switzerland. 

With this step, F24 is expanding its regional market coverage in Switzerland, especially in the French-speaking regions, and is gaining a significant number of customers. 

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the founder of SMSup, Romain Bossel, in this transaction. The team was led by partner Thomas Rohde (pictured left) and partner Raphael Annasohn (pictured right) and also consisted of partner Christoph Suter and associate Alice Johnson (both taxes).
