Froriep legal advisor to Invenda Group in its Series A2 Financing Round 

Froriep acted as legal counsel to Invenda Group, an innovation technology start-up, in its Series A2 Financing Round where additional CHF 2 million have been raised from existing and new investors. The transaction closed on 29 April 2021. 

Froriep acted with a team led by partner Mark Montanari (corporate & M&A, pictured) and alongside Evelien Zemp (corporate & M&A / notarial services) and Jacqueline Temperli (corporate & M&A / notarial services). 

Invenda develops automated retail technology for vending machines, smart fridges and mini-bars, kiosks and more based on IoT with remote management, personalisation and promotional opportunities. Invenda aims to be the operating ecosystem for automated retail.
