Walder Wyss with Swiss Life on Placement of 500 mln in Hybrid Bonds

Walder Wyss acted as legal counsel to Swiss Life on the placement of CHF 250 million perpetual subordinated bond, first callable in September 2026 and a CHF 250 million dated subordinated bond with final maturity in 2041, and with a first optional redemption date in September 2031. Both batches are guaranteed by Swiss Life Holding Ltd.
