Fidinam & Partners appoints two new management members

Fidinam & Partners, the national and international tax advisory division of the Fidinam Group, appoints two new members to its Board of Directors: Giuseppe Lerose (pictured left) and Marco Moschen (pictured right).

Already deputy directors at Fidinam & Partners for 5 and 3 years respectively, Lerose and Moschen will join Stefania Collari (head of corporate services), Fabrizio Ghidini (head of international tax), Adela Muniz (head of family office & asset protection), and Rudy Summerer (head of Swiss tax) as associate partners.

The appointment of the two new management members consolidates Fidinam & Partners’ offerings in the areas of m&a tax and withholding tax, led by Lerose and Moschen, respectively. In addition, it represents a further step by the firm towards the promise of highly specialised consulting, focused in specific areas of expertise and easily adaptable to client needs and market developments.
