Forterro acquires Cloud ERP software provider myfactory. The advisors

 

Forterro, a European provider of ERP software solutions to nearly 8,000 midmarket manufacturing and production companies, acquired myfactory, a provider of cloud-based ERP. The acquisition expands Forterro’s total addressable market in DACH, and nearly doubles the number of customers served by the group in the region.

 

Established in 2002, myfactory has been providing services to companies throughout the DACH region from its offices in Munich (Germany) and St.Gallen (Switzerland). With more than 50 product experts, together with over 100 sales partners, providing cloud-based ERP software to more than 2,000 wholesalers and manufacturers.

 

Walder Wyss advised the shareholders of myfactory as legal counsel on the transaction. The team was led by Christian Hagen (managing associate, corporate/m&a, pictured left) and partner Luc Defferrard (corporate/m&a, pictured right), and further included partner Samuel Dürr (tax), Managing Associate Marius Breier (tax), and partner Michael Isler (IP/IT).
