Swiss Life acquires elipsLife from Swiss Re and enters into a partnership with Swiss Re for European Employee Benefits solutions.
elipsLife is an insurance company for institutional clients, focusing on insurance products that cover the financial consequences of illness and accidents.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2022, subject to regulatory approval and merger control clearance by the applicable authorities.
