Glas Trösch Group acquires technical glass division of Berliner Glas Group
The Switzerland-based glass manufacturer Glas Troesch Holding has agreed to acquire technical glass division of Berliner Glas KGaA Herbert Kubatz GmbH & Co, from ASML Holding NV, for an undisclosed consideration.
The transaction includes Schwäbisch Hall and Syrgenstein that are specialized in the production of display glass and touch assemblies. Schwäbisch Hall and Syrgenstein will together operate under the brand name EuropTec.
The German law firm Gleiss Lutz advised ASML Holding NV.
