Junod Muhlstein Lévy & Puder Taurus securities license from FINMA 

Junod Muhlstein Lévy & Puder advised Taurus on all regulatory aspects to obtain its securities firm license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA to operate the first independent regulated marketplace for digital assets and tokenised securities (“TDX”).  

The advisory team was composed of partners Oren-Olivier Puder (Banking & Finance and Corporate/M&A, pictured) and Lorine Meylan-Boissier (Corporate/M&A) alongside partner Laurent Muhlstein (IP/IT) and associate Sabine Burgener (Banking & Finance)
