Gonvarri Material Handling acquires Kaufmann Systems: the advisor

Gonvarri Material Handling has acquired an undisclosed majority stake in Kaufmann Systems, a Switzerland-based engineering company which offers a wide variety of storage equipment systems & solutions for automation projects, for an undisclosed consideration. The acquisition will enable Gonvarri to offer “One Stop Shop” to the market.

BDO International (legal) advised Kaufmann Systems. The team was led by partner Alain Pretre (pictured) and included legal advisor Dominic Müller.
