Sunrise acquires Web TV Pioneer Wilmaa: the advisors

Sunrise Communications acquired Wilmaa Holding and all of its subsidiaries, a pioneer in web TV offering digital television for smartphones, tablets, and PCs as well as large TVs at home.

According to a press release, the Wilmaa brand will be retained, with its 10 employees to move to the Swiss telecom company. The streaming service offers over 260 TV channels that can be streamed live and recorded for free.
