Hélène Weidmann joins the Board of Directors of ONE swiss bank

Hélène Weidmann has a strong expertise in the fields of commercial transactions, shareholders’ disputes and stock exchange regulations. She is active, in particular, in mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, restructuring and corporate governance. She also regularly assists her clients with the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts. She is recognized by SIX Swiss Exchange Regulation as a recognized representative in the areas of bonds, derivatives and equity securities.
