Homburger advised CeramTec on the acquisition of Dentalpoint

On January 4, 2021, CeramTec, a leading international manufacturer of technical ceramics, announced its acquisition of all shares in Dentalpoint, a Swiss specialist for ceramic dental implants.

Homburger advised CeramTec on the transaction.
