Walder Wyss advised ED&F Man Capital Market

ED&F Man Capital Market sells Structured Commodities business to Albright Capital and De Jong Capital. The department offers risk management solutions for the raw material markets in agriculture and the energy market and includes companies based in Switzerland and Brazil. The Swiss transaction was completed on December 31, 2020. The Brazilian transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first half of 2021.
