Homburger advised Credit Suisse on CHF 250 m Swiss Covered Bonds Issuance

On January 27, 2021, Credit Suisse (Schweiz) issued an aggregate of CHF 250 m of covered bonds. The two new series, CHF 100 m 0.0 percent Fixed-Rate Covered Bonds due 2027 and CHF 150 m 0.0 percent Fixed-Rate Covered Bonds due 2033, have been issued under its existing Swiss Covered Bonds Programme and will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
