Kellerhals Carrard advises PEG and OFFIX Holding on alliance with Office World
OFFIX Holding of the Swiss PEG Papeteristen Purchasing Cooperative and Office World Holding, which belongs to MTH Retail Group Holding, are bundling their business in the newly founded Office World Group. With this alliance, the two leading corporate groups for office accessories and services in Switzerland are bundling their access to the Swiss wholesale and retail trade, as well as to the traditional sales channel of independent stationery dealers. OFFIX Holding brings in its companies Papedis, Ecomedia, Oridis, Office Leader and DocuServ, and Office World Holding its companies Office World, iba and Tramondi. The new group serves the market with 19 of its own points of sale, several online shops and over 2,000 local specialist dealers and retail chains.
