Homburger advised Peloton in its acquisition of the Precor business from Amer Sports
Peloton Interactive, the largest interactive fitness platform in the world with more than 4.4 m members, closed the acquisition of the Precor business from Amer Sports. Precor is one of the largest global commercial fitness equipment providers with a significant U.S. manufacturing presence. The transaction is valued at USD 420 m. Homburger advised Peloton on all Swiss legal aspects of the acquisition.
