Homburger advised SAP in the acquisition of Signavio

SAP announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Signavio GmbH (Signavio), operating in the enterprise business process intelligence and process management space.

SAP and Signavio agreed not to disclose the purchase price or other financial details of the transaction.

Te deal will strengthen – according to a press release –  SAP’s capacity to help companies quickly understand, improve, transform and manage their business processes at scale. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approval.
