Homburger advised Swarovski on its revolving credit facility extension

Homburger acted as counsel to Swarovski International Holding in connection with the extension of its revolving credit facility, arranged by, amongst others, UBS Switzerland AG and Credit Suisse (Switzerland).

Homburger advised Swarovski International Holding and its subsidiaries with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction. The team was led by partner Jürg Frick (financing and Investment Products, pictured) and included partner Stefan Oesterhelt (tax) as well as associate Stefan Bindschedler (financing and Investment Products).
