Homburger advised UBS with ITS Kanal Services’s new acquisition

Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland in its capacity as mandated lead arranger, agent, security agent and lender in connection with ITS Kanal Services’s new CHF 123 million acquisition and working capital facilities. ITS Kanal Services is a Switzerland-based leader in underground infrastructure maintenance services with KLAR Partners as majority shareholder.

Homburger advised UBS Switzerland and the other syndicate banks with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction. The team was led by partner Jürg Frick (financing and investment products, pictured) and included Stefan Bindschedler, Laura Müller and Yulia Shaburnykova (all financing and investment products) as well as Stefan Oesterhelt (tax).
