Homburger advises HR Group on H-Hotels acquisition
Homburger advised Berlin-based HR Group on its acquisition of German privately managed hotel company H-Hotels.
The context
HR Group’s activity spans acquiring, developing, and operating hotels and resorts.
Pursuant to the transaction, the group took over more than 60 hotels across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Hungary.

In connection with the deal, Homburger acted as Swiss transaction counsel to HR Group.
