Homburger advises Oakley on Infravadis’ super senior refinancing and recapitalization
Homburger advised Oakley Capital on the unitranche/super senior refinancing and recapitalization of Infravadis, a tech-enabled platform operating in the Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) market.
Infravadis provides mission-critical services including cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation of pipes, drains and sewer infrastructure.
