Homburger advises PHOENIX on its joint venture with Voigt Group

PHOENIX Pharma Switzerland, a subsidiary of the family-owned PHOENIX group, and Voigt Holding announced that they agreed to establish a 50/50-joint venture to combine their pharmaceutical distribution services and pre-wholesale activities. The closing of the joint venture is subject to the approval by the Swiss Competition Commission.

Homburger has advised PHOENIX Pharma Switzerland on the transaction.
