Wenger Vieli advises CONET on the acquisition of Emineo Group

Wenger Vieli has advised and assisted CONET Technologies, a portfolio company of IK Partners, in all Swiss legal aspects in connection with the acquisition of emineo, a Swiss IT consulting and software engineering company, with a focus on the design and implementation of informatics solutions and SAP services. With this transaction, the two software development experts and SAP Gold Partners are strengthening their market position in the DACH region.

The team was led by partner Marc Walter (m&a, pictured) and included Michael Tschudin (partner, competition), Regula Elisabeth Haegi (counsel, IT/Data Protection), both m&a associates Cedric Fischer and Janica Wyss, Nathalie Germann (associate, employment) and Allegra Margelisch (junior lawyer).
