Homburger advises Roche Holding on the issuance of CHF 800 m Bonds
On September 23, 2022, Roche Kapitalmarkt issued CHF 800 million Bonds guaranteed by Roche Holding. Credit Suisse and UBS acted as lead managers. The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The transaction consists of a CHF 425 million tranche due June 2026 and a CHF 375 million tranche due September 2032.
