Homburger advises Temenos on Multifonds sale
Zurich-based Homburger advised Swiss softwares company Temenos on the sale of its platform Multifonds to Montagu Private Equity.
The context
Headquartered in Geneva, Temenos serves the global banking market with enterprise software solutions. Its subsidiary platform Multifonds provides fund accounting and investor servicing tools, managing over 30.000 funds across 35 different jurisdictions.
In connection with the transaction, Temenos ceded the Multifonds platform to Montagu, a mid-market private equity firm. The parties agreed a total enterprise value of around USD 400 million, including an earn-out.
