Homburger advises Tencent on its investment in Global Blue

Tencent Mobility Limited, a renowned internet and technology company,  completed its USD 100 million strategic equity investment in Global Blue Group Holding. Tencent invested in Global Blue’s common equity at a price of USD 5.50 per share.

Homburger acted as Swiss legal advisor to Tencent. The Homburger team was led by partner Dieter Gericke (corporate / M&A, capital markets) and included Estelle Piccard (corporate / M&A, capital markets) and further team members.
