NKF: MediCrops acquires TopPharm pharmacy and Topmed
Niederer Kraft Frey advised MediCrops on the acquisition of a majority stake in Hygieia Partners (TopPharm pharmacy) and Topmed (Topmed medical office).
MediCrops, which is based in Pfäffikon, was founded in 2018 and is a pharmaceutical company operating in Switzerland and Germany that specialises in THC-containing prescription medicines. With the digital transformation of a patient’s treatment process and an extensive portfolio of medicinal products, the company aims to improve patient care through innovative solutions.
Based in Basel, the TopPharm pharmacy is known for its comprehensive services and state-of-the-art infrastructure and will play a key role in the distribution network for MediCrops. The Topmed medical office, located at the same site as the TopPharm pharmacy, complements this offering by providing patients with seamless care.
