Homburger: Aris Gold acquires an additional interest in the JV with MDC

Homburger advised Aris Gold Corporation on the acquisition of an additional 31% interest in the Soto Norte project in Colombia, increasing its total ownership in the joint venture to 51%.

Soto Norte is among the largest undeveloped underground gold projects in South America. Abu Dhabi based investment company Mubadala Investment Company will retain a 49% interest in the project.
