Homburger: Credit Suisse issuance of GBP 500 m senior notes
Credit Suisse has successfully completed its issuance of GBP 500 m aggregate principal amount of 7.750 per cent. senior notes due 2026. The Notes were issued under Credit Suisse’s Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The Notes have been admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
