Homburger: Lorenzo Togni as partner and Bénédict Thomann new counsel

Homburger appointed Lorenzo Togni to its partnership and Bénédict Thomann joins the firm as counsel. 

Lorenzo Togni (pictured right) joined Homburger in 2016. He specialises in equity capital markets, focusing on IPOs, with a practice spanning domestic and U.S. IPOs, rights offerings, block trades, ABB transactions, PIPEs and private placements. He also practices public and private M&A and advises on corporate law and securities regulation. 

Bénédict Thomann (pictured left) represents clients in complex disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. He advises on a wide range of commercial issues, with a particular focus on M&A and corporate disputes.
