Homburger with Sulzer on CHF 250 mln bonds issuance
On September 18, 2024, Sulzer successfully priced the offering of its CHF 250 million 1.7725% bonds.
Homburger acted as counsel to Sulzer with a team consisting of Benjamin Leisinger and Eduard De Zordi (both capital markets).
About the bond issuance
The bond, which will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, has a term of 4 years and carries a fixed coupon of 1.7725% per annum at an issue price of 100.00% The net proceeds of the issuance will be used to refinance the bond maturing in October 2024 and for general corporate purposes.
Zürcher Kantonalbank and Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners on the offering.
