Homburger with UBS on EUR 1.5 bn covered bonds issuance
Homburger advised UBS Switzerland on the issuance of EUR 1.5 bn aggregate amount in fixed rate covered bonds under its Covered Bond Programme.
Governed by Swiss law and listed on SIX Swiss Exchange, the covered bonds are indirectly backed by a portfolio of mortgages from UBS Switzerland’s domestic mortgage pool.
