NKF with L.E.S.S. on USD 22 million series C financing round

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised L.E.S.S., a Swiss high-tech scale-up developing ultra-thin nano active fiber lighting solutions for industrial vision, automotive applications and medical illumination — on its USD 22 million (CHF 17 million) series C financing round.

The client

Founded in 2012, L.E.S.S. designs, develops and manufactures advanced lighting solutions based on its proprietary nano-active fiber technology.
