Id est avocats advised Bloom Biorenewables in its 3.9 million euros seed round closing

Bloom Biorenewables closed its seed round, resulting in a total of 3.9 million euros raised from dilutive and non-dilutive sources. This last closing was led by Breakthrough Energy Europe (BEV-E), which links European Investment Bank funding guaranteed by the European Programme for Research and Innovation, Horizon 2020, with long-term risk capital in order to accelerate global decarbonisation. This new investment confirms the potential of the company to act as a leader in the transition to sustainable manufacturing and accelerates the market adoption of bio-based solutions.

Id est avocats acted as company counsel with a team composed of Michel Jaccard (partner – pictured) and Marina Castelli-Joos (senior associate).
