As of february 2021, Michael Güntert (pictured) is an associate and member of Pestalozzi‘s Competition & Trade and Corporate / M&A groups in Zurich. His main areas of practice include commercial, contract and corporate law as well as antitrust law. Furthermore, he represents clients before governmental authorities and Swiss courts in administrative investigations and merger control proceedings.
Before successfully passing the bar exam last year, Michael Güntert worked as junior associate at Pestalozzi from January 2019 to January 2020 (as reported in his Linkedin profile). He completed his studies at the Universities of Geneva (Master of Law) and Basel (Bachelor of Law).
