Nkf advises Invision on the acquisition of a majority stake in Plumettaz
Niederer Kraft Frey acted as legal counsel to Invision, a private equity investment company in the DACH region, on the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in Plumettaz.

Plumettaz is a Swiss-based company operating in the engineering, manufacturing, and selling of high-tech cable-laying solutions across the globe with a focus on digitally enhanced machinery for the telecom and energy industries. Plumettaz has developed a global market position with sales in over 100 countries.
