Baker McKenzie advises ISP in the acquisition of two schools in Geneva
Baker McKenzie advised International Schools Partnership (ISP) in the acquisition of two new schools — the British School of Geneva and Ecole Mosaic — in the Geneva region.
ISP considers both schools a great addition to the partnership and will work closely with the schools to learn more from staff, students and families while introducing the many benefits of joining the global ISP group of schools.
ISP is based in the United Kingdom and is a global group of K-12 independent schools. ISP now has 52 schools in 15 countries with around 45,000 students and 7,000 staff located across the globe.
The Baker McKenzie Switzerland team that advised ISP in all legal aspects of both acquisitions was led by partner Alexander Fischer (Private equity, m&a) and associate Ramon Tissafi (real estate, m&a), who were ably supported by associate Kevin Ardüser (m&a), trainee lawyer Samuel Turtschi, associate Laurence Witschi and associate Caroline dos Santos (litigation & dispute resolution).
