Financial market expert, Ulrich Sauter joins CAT Financial Products 

Ulrich Sauter (pictuerd) joins CAT Financial Products, an independent Swiss provider of investment solutions and technologies in the market for structured products, as a partner. Sauter will drive the expansion and organisation of the CAT Group within and outside of Switzerland.

Sauter is a financial market specialist with more than 20 years of experience as general counsel, independent attorney as well as board member and corporate secretary. He is active as a specialised independent lawyer for distributed ledger technology, blockchain, digital assets and defi solutions. Sauter joins CAT from Tezos Foundation where he served as general counsel for almost 3 years. Prior to that, he held a number of roles at Leonteq Securities during his 10 year tenure with the company, including general counsel, head of risk, legal and compliance and member of the executive committee. Earlier in his career, Sauter was head legal & compliance Switzerland JB asset management at Julius Baer.
