Iwb acquired 100% of Raphael Dal Bo Ag: the advisors
Provinco Italia, subsidiary of Italian Wine Brands (Iwb) acquired Raphael Dal Bo (Rdb), the Switzerland-based wine maker, from a group of sellers including Giuseppe Geronazzo and Raphael Dal Bo, for a maximum consideration of Chf 14.4 million. The acquisition will enable Iwb to become one of the leading exporters in the Swiss market and the fourth largest Italian wine market in the world.
