Marius Stucki joins Altenburger Zurich’s team

Marius Stucki (pictured) joined Altenburger legal and tax in Zurich as a new associate.

He specializes in international arbitration as well as domestic and international state court litigation, particularly in matters of commercial contracts. Stucki also focuses on intellectual property law and criminal law. As a member of the Business China-Switzerland team, he advises and represents clients on in-and outbound foreign investment and China-related dispute resolution. He speaks German, English, Spanish, French and Chinese.
