Karin Mattle and Stefan Blunschi new partners at Homburger

Karin Mattle and Stefan Blunschi joined the Homburger partnership. After three years at the las firm working as associate, Matlle has became partner. Karin Mattle’s practice focuses on public and private M&A and capital markets transactions. She also advises on matters of corporate law, securities regulations, employment law and ESG.  In addition to her legal practice in Zurich, Karin has practiced law in New York. She regularly publishes and speaks at conferences on ESG matters.

Stefan Blunschi is passionate about his family, soccer and mergers & acquisitions of all hues, not necessarily in this order. He advises listed and private companies in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-side and sell-side private M&A processes, public takeovers and private equity investments. Alongside his M&A work, Stefan’s practice also encompasses corporate law, securities regulation and equity capital markets transactions, as well as sports law. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he had a career as a professional soccer player.
