Wenger Vieli launches new partners in 2023

Wenger Vieli kicks off 2023 with Daniel Oehri (pictured left) and Patric Eggler (pictured right) as new partners in corporate and tax respectively. Daniel Oehri’s practice focuses on general corporate and contract law, restructuring and bankruptcy law, as well as capital markets and stock exchange law. He thus regularly advises clients in connection with debt and equity financings, restructurings, (distressed) M&A transactions, joint ventures and takeover offers, and further legal issues surrounding the clients’ daily business activities. Oehri also represents his clients before courts, state authorities, and self-governing bodies.

Patric Eggler advices individuals, business owners as well as start-ups. He focuses on both succession planning and structuring of medium-sized companies including participation programs, and on matters related to income and wealth taxes of entrepreneurs and families owning businesses. In his capacity as a member of the Start-up Desk Team, he supports and looks after entrepreneurs and their companies from the very first seed idea all the way to the exit.

As a former ice hockey player, he is also exactly the right partner to advise athletes, sports clubs, and national and international sports federations on all tax matters. Prior to this, he worked at Brauherei Hardwald and EY.
