Kellerhals Carrard advises Alpiora on investment by Gaius Capital

Kellerhals Carrard has advised Oliver Lang, Nenad Valverde and Jeton Topalli, the insurance industry professionals behind Swiss insurance brokerage platform Alpiora Group, in connection with Gaius Capital’s investment in the group.

The value of such investment hasn’t been publicly disclosed by the parties.
