Kellerhals Carrard advises Exista on the acquisition of Fabrimex

Exista and Fabrimex, two Zurich Oberland providers in the field of power supply solutions, are merging. Fehraltorf-based Exista has taken 100% of the shares over Fabrimex from Bubikon with retroactive effect from 1 January 2023. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

For the time being, both companies will continue to exist as independent companies with the existing product portfolio. With this acquisition, Exista is taking an important step towards growth. The owner-managed company is committed to a long-term growth strategy.
