Kellerhals Carrard advises Isochronic on sale to Bystronic

Kellerhals Carrard advised Isochronic, a company specializing in high-speed pick-and-place robotics for laser cutting applications, on its sale to Swiss industrial group Bystronic Laser.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Denges, near Lausanne, Isochronic will continue to operate under its own name following the transaction.

The Kellerhals Carrard deal team was led by Max-André Haas (pictured), partner in the VC/Corporate practice, who had a pre-existing relationship with Isochronic.
