Kellerhals Carrard advises Landi companies on the merger

LANDI Hombrechtikon Genossenschaft and LANDI Stäfa-Männedorf are merging to form LANDI Zürichsee with retroactive effect from 1 January 2023.

Both companies are part of the fenaco-LANDI Group and have the same business areas (retail trade, energy and real estate). The merger closes the geographical circle of the economic area and strengthens the market position in the region.

Kellerhals Carrard has advised the two LANDI companies on this merger. The transaction was led by Zurich managing partner Daniel Lengauer (pictured left) and Désirée Egli.
