Kellerhals Carrard: Verity completes $32M Series B funding round

Kellerhals Carrard advised Verity, creators of the commercially successful inventory tracking solution powered by fully autonomous indoor drones, in the completion of a USD32 million Series B funding round led by A.P. Moller Holding with participation from Exor Ventures and existing and new investors.

The team comprised of partner Karim Maizar (VC/M&A, pictured), senior associate Umberto Milano (VC/M&A), Associate Désirée Egli (VC/M&A) and Paralegal Lisa Schmid (VC/M&A).

Verity is on a mission to revolutionize inventory management by allowing users to fully automate the manual scanning process, using self-flying warehouse drones that require no operator and can fly in the dark.
