Kowalski-Schwab joins Proxima Legal as associate

Joséphine Kowalski-Schwab (pictured) has recently joined Proxima Legal as an associate lawyer. A few weeks ago, she expressed her excitement about this new chapter on LinkedIn, stating that she was “happy to embark on this new adventure with Proxima Legal,” a journey that began on September 1st. This move follows Kevin Guillet’s decision to establish his own law firm after the closing of Sigma Legal.

Joséphine Kowalski-Schwab’s career path

Prior to joining Proxima Legal, she worked with Sigma Legal as a collaborating lawyer for over a year and a half. Her career began with a trainee position at Bär & Karrer. Kowalski-Schwab’s experience also includes academic roles as an Assistant in Civil Law at the University of Geneva and various student assistant positions at HEC Lausanne and the University of Lausanne. Her earlier professional experience includes advising in wealth management at UBS.
