A Swiss-certified tax-expert, attornery at-law Laïla Rochat advises both businesses and individuals in a wide range of matters, including complex transactions, restructurings, tax disputes, intricate financing structures, and corporate tax planning. Moreover, she often provides tailored guidance on tax and estate planning for private clients.
Amongst her academic achievements, a Bachelor in Law and a Master in Economic Law, both obtained from the University of Geneva.
